User Agreement

This agreement between licensor and licensee is exclusive. The Licensee/end user agrees to not enter into separate license agreements with third parties interested in using the photographs.

By this agreement, Seth Laubinger Photography allows the user to personally use, display, and/or print SHBC Photography. Images may not be resold or used for distribution purposes. User may not use photography in any commercial or editorial projects involving advertising, print media, web site publication, or broadcast.
